At Quintess Counseling, we aim to be transparent while recognizing that each person’s therapeutic journey and financial situation is different. Our clinicians work with different insurance plans and payment structures, which are outlined below. We also strive to help patients understand their options clearly so they can make informed decisions about care, whether that involves insurance, private pay, or out of network benefits.

Dr. Randall is a private pay provider and does not accept insurance (here's why?)

Erik is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and its affiliates as well as Aetna PPO. He does provide superbills for out-of-network benefits for individual therapy but not for couples therapy (here's why).

Connor is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and its affiliates, Aetna PPO, and UnitedHealthcare PPO. He also accepts self pay and provides out of network support by offering superbills for patients seeking reimbursement through out of network plans.

Katty is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and its affiliates and Aetna PPO. She also accepts self pay and provides superbills for patients who wish to use out of network benefits.
